GM Speeds Up Pontiac G6 Demise with More Incentives

General Motors is really trying to unload all those left over Pontiac G6 models. Along with GMAC, dealers can offer up to 3.9% financing for any certified used G6 model. Effective February 2 – March 31, GMAC Financial Services is offering qualified buyers 3.9% APR financing for terms up to 60 months. This attractive incentive program is available through GM Certified dealers on 2005-2010 models. “With the spring season rapidly approaching, it’s the perfect time for consumers to break out of the cold and take a look at our new line of inventory,” said Paul Pejza, manager, GM Certified Used Vehicles. “This program is designed to provide our customers peace of mind by offering a low, attractive finance rate on one of our most popular vehicles, all backed by our 12 month or 12,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. This offer is only available at one of the 3,400 Chevrolet, Buick and GMC Certified dealers across the nation, providing buyers with the reassurance of a manufacturer-backed warranty. Customers must take delivery from a participating dealer by March 31, 2010.”
It’s an interesting time, the end of Pontiac. With offers like these Pontiacs won’t last much longer. And the G6 even received an unintentional plug in an upcoming Super Bowl ad:
